EAD 867 Centered around case studies in educational leadership. As students we would analyze a school's case from the perspective of the leader. Our analysis was built on our study and discussion of resources provided by the professor. After personally resolving the case and drafting a proposal we would then write reflections on our findings. This course demonstrated the reality of real life educational leadership.
